When I first started to look for professional help for my applications, I came across experts global. I decided to go ahead with their service after talking to Mr. Mayank and I am happy to have done so. Mr. Mayank and Shailesh always encouraged me to chase my dreams and look for those aspects in my profile which I did not even consider worthwhile to mention. During the application process, I travelled out of india for a short term assignment. In spite of the time difference, my mentor Mr. Shailesh was always available for me. His timeliness and dedication towards his students is commendable. It is only with their help that, I was able to get an interview call from all the 4 colleges I applied to and admit offers from 3 of them. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team at experts global for making my dream come true.

History

In 1769, John Wentworth, the Royal Governor of New Hampshire, signed the charter to establish an institution that offers the best education. Governor Wentworth provided a land on the banks of the Connecticut River that divides New Hampshire and Vermont. The Tuck School of business was founded in 1900 as the Graduate School of Management due to the efforts of William Jewett Tucker (then President of Dartmouth College) and his friend Edward Tuck (international financier and philanthropist). The School was formed due to the generous gifts endowed upon by Mr. Tuck and the School was named as Amos Tuck School of Business Administration in 1941 in honor of Edward Tuck’s father. Today, the School is known all over the world as Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

MISSION STATEMENT

Tuck’s mission is to provide the world’s best educational preparation for a career of business leadership and to have a faculty of acknowledged thought leaders who are outstanding teachers.

Core Strengths of the School

The core curriculum aims at providing rigorous training to the students on all the functional disciplines of business and hence, Tuck graduates have achieved success at every level by demonstrating cross-functional skills. The comprehensive core courses of the key functional disciplines of business are well integrated, so that the students can view a problem from multiple perspectives before arriving at a solution. Students can choose electives that align with their specific areas of interests and thus, deepen their understanding on the specific industry or job function. In order to accelerate the leadership development process, students are provided with a rich environment with extensive focus on leadership skills, interpersonal relationships and productive collaboration. A Personal Leadership course during the first year allows the students to reflect within themselves and compare their leadership skills with how others perceive them. This becomes the foundation for the Personal Leadership Plan, which highlights the various aspects of leadership behaviors that the students need to develop and how they plan to achieve it. The leadership labs play a crucial role here as they ensure that the objectives of the Personal Leadership Plan are met. Students get unlimited access to practice their leadership skills through academic coursework, experiential learning opportunities and student clubs. Further, the Alan Smith D’52 T’53 Visiting Executive Program connects the students with senior executives and business leaders from different sectors, who share their experiences with the students.

Uniqueness in MBA Pedagogy

In order to provide a holistic view of conducting business in an international space, there are various means such as global cases, class discussions and materials used by the School. The First Year Project FYP gives an opportunity for the students to work in teams on a consulting assignment for a client or develop a business plan for an entrepreneurial venture and apply their skills to resolve complex real-world business challenges. Tuck Center for Business and Society offers a research travel program for students interested in conducting meaningful research in environmentally or socially focused projects. The Onsite Global Consulting course is mutually beneficial to the clients as well as the students. Students travel to an international destination and conduct primary research on-site for three months. Students develop cost-effective solutions for the clients who are non-profit organizations, multinational corporations and government agencies by rendering consulting services under the guidance of advisors, who carry extensive project management and consulting skills. Students learn to leverage their business and management skills, and navigate successfully through new business environments and cultures to provide cutting-edge sustainable solutions to the clients. Students delve into the current business practices and trends in countries such as Brazil, China, Italy, Turkey, etc. by participating in the Global Insight Expeditions. These faculty-led courses are 8-10 days long, where students get to interact with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations of the host country. Students can spend an entire term at one of the partner schools through the Exchange Programs and immerse into the culture and business environment of the host country.

After burning my fingers, last year, with a leading Admissions Consulting firm, I was wary of such organizations. But, considering my busy work schedule, I knew that I had to seek admissions consulting services. So, after doing thorough research, I came to know about Experts’ Global. I went through their website, perused all the testimonials, and finally decided to have a telephonic conversation with them. I spoke with Mr. Mayank Srivastava a couple of times over a period of one week, and was totally convinced that EG’s was exactly the kind of service that I was looking for. I decided to enroll with them and went for their standard package. Soon, my mentor Mr. Shailesh Otari and I had a brainstorming session and all my nervousness and apprehensions were gone. I had a clear mind now. The entire process thereon was extremely smooth right from school shortlisting to application finalization. Shailesh was very prompt and was always available to guide me through all the phases of the application cycle. Finally, I am extremely delighted with the results I have got. I interviewed with 9 of the 11 schools I applied to and received admits from 5 of them! I received admits from BU, Carlson, Carroll, Eller, and WP Carey with 50-100% scholarships!!! I would like to thank Team Experts’ once again for their wonderful services. My journey wouldn’t have been successful without them. I strongly recommend Experts’ Global to anyone who is serious about getting an MBA from a top B-school
