Masters in Management (MiM) vs. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The key differences between MiM and MBA are as follows:

Age: MiM Programs are not very particular about the work experience and background of the candidates like MBA does. So, professionals from any academic background can opt for MiM. Thus, the students pursuing MiM are comparatively younger than those pursuing MBA. The average age of students pursing MiM is 23 years.

Professional Experience: Professional working experience does not play a very significant role in the course structure of MiM. Instead, in MBA it does a lot of value addition to the course and its understanding, making even the selections on the basis of the kind of working professional experience the candidates have. In a nutshell, MiM targets those students right after their undergraduate degree. In case, they have a year of work experience, it is good though not necessary.
