Requisites:

• If you’re applying for training roles, proven record in GMAT. (Ideally, 99^th percentile but at least above 95 percentile in the section you wish to teach)
• Honest demeanor.
• A strong sense of responsibility towards work and the students.
• Very effective communication skills.
