GMAC allows you to update your necessary information pertaining to country of citizenship, name, or even date of birth on your GMAT profile, only if the request for change is supported by the requisite documents. Depending on your geography, send a relevant email at the corresponding email address for your region highlighting your request for the update in profile credentials. However, GMAC may not allow you to change your name, owing to security concerns. In such scenario, you must contact GMAT Customer Care. For any other criteria in your profile that you may wish to update, you can directly log in to your my Account page on mba.com and make the necessary amendments.
It may so happen that you are unable to find your school among the listed undergraduate schools on mba.com. While including your undergrad school is not a mandatory step of the GMAT registration process, GMAC will help you include the same in the next profile update. To ensure the same, please forward an email, clearly citing your concerns to customercare@mba.com.

In the extremely rare situation that you own the citizenship of one country and are required to take the GMAT in another country, you must present your valid unexpired passport.
