ISB Hyderabad Campus

The Indian School of Business is one of the world-class business-schools in Asia. Two senior executives of McKinsey & Company, namely Rajat Gupta and Anil Kumar have founded ISB. The board governing ISB consists of both Indian and international business leaders. ISB was founded with the perspective of finding business leaders who could understand the changing economy and also have a global vision. With thought leadership, outstanding faculty and innovative programs, ISB has been successful in making this dream come true by picking and training the best minds with business and management ideas. It is funded by the private corporations and is a non-profit organization.

Hyderabad Campus
Spread across 260 acres, the ISB Hyderabad campus was established in 2001. The academic center is the heart of the campus, which comprises of the 500-seat auditorium, Learning Resource Center, Faculty offices, theatre and classrooms.

Four student villages are present in the campus. Around 130-210 students can be accommodated in each student village. Four bed-room studio apartments make up the student village.

ISB Hyderabad also has this beautiful tradition of graduating batches to gift something for the upcoming batch. Carrying this tradition forward, the Class of 2008 Lounge was humbly gifted by the 2008 batch while the Class of 2009 Amphitheatre was gifted by the 2009 batch.

Programs Offered
1. Post-Graduate Program in Management (PGP): The course is about understanding the emerging economies along with the challenges that are faced by them. It is a one- year program that is carefully crafted to incorporate a cutting-edge research-based curriculum. This program has transformed several mid-career professionals in the field of business into thought leaders. It also endows the chance to interact with well-known management figures that can confer the best of research and training experience.
2. Post Graduate Program in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX): This course is an executive MBA level program aiming at business owners and senior executives. It is one of its-first-kind-program in management. It is very different from the full-time and part-time MBA programs. It is famous for its world class curriculum, outstanding faculty, experienced peer group, convenient format and international immersion.
3. Fellow Program in Management: Embedded in the current markets and their dynamics, this program endows the fellows with a chance to understand the best practices at the global level. This program gives a very strong emphasis on aspects like emerging markets, impact of technology and entrepreneurship. It is known for its sense of teamwork, global curriculum and the research oriented faculty members.
4. Management Program for Family Business (MFAB): This is a comprehensive and rigorous general management program. Spread across the duration of 15 months, it has the course content which is contextualized with the family business of the participants. It helps the professionals to understand their business in a better manner so that they can face the competition.

Along with these courses, other short-term certificate courses are also offered.

ISB Hyderabad is known for rewarding high-quality research. It was one of the first B-schools in India to have an enriched faculty oriented towards academic research in business management. Currently, the products and faculty of the school have published in more than 70 top-tier journals in different management areas. Some of the prime areas where ISB research has been very productive includes Finance and Economics, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Information Systems, Operations Management and Marketing.
