The MBA application process can be quite challenging at first. Finding a benchmark and evaluating oneself is hard. You are required to submit a personal statement that describes your motivation for pursuing the degree with the Lacy School of Business. The personal statement gives you the opportunity to summarize your career goals and highlight any professional or academic experiences that make you a unique and qualified candidate. An effective personal statement portrays who you are, what you’ve achieved and what skills and experiences you bring to the table. It is also used to assess effective communication and analytical skills. The personal statement should provide clear and compelling reasoning for your motivations and qualifications for pursuing a Butler degree with the Lacy School of Business.
